Job Title: Marketing Manager (No Experience Necessary) - Remote Contract Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our remote team. Job Summary:

As a Marketing Manager at Elevated E-Commerce, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing efforts. This is a remote contract position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while gaining valuable experience in the field of online advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Paid Advertising Support: You will work closely with our experienced team to learn how to create, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.

• Keyword Research: Assist in conducting keyword research to identify relevant search terms and trends to optimize ad campaigns.

• Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and suggest optimization strategies.

• Ad Copy and Creative Assistance: Create compelling ad copy and coach our clients on how to create compelling visuals.

• Data Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to the team.

• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform our marketing strategies.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team, providing support as needed and learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications:

• Must reside within the continental United States, no exceptions

• No prior marketing experience required; a strong desire to learn and a passion for digital marketing is essential.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, able to work remotely, independently and effectively manage time.

• Able to process change quickly and pivot strategies depending on the needs of clients.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Workspace.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus but not required.

• Prior experience in organic social media is a bonus.

• Experience in women's online retail and/or e-commerce is preferred.

Contract Details:

• Type: Contract, with the potential for a long-term partnership based on performance.

• Compensation: $20/ hour to start

• Schedule: part time to start, will grow to full time once trained: M - F, 10am EST - 5pm EST,
